Good products, slow shipping

I ordered a PowerCube Extended and a Heng Balance Lamp. The products themselves are great, well-made and work as advertised. The PowerCube is super handy for my desk setup, and the lamp is a nice conversation piece. However, the shipping took longer than I expected, about 8 days to reach me in Italy. The tracking info wasn't always up-to-date either, which was a bit frustrating. Customer service was responsive when I inquired, but it would be better if the delivery estimates were more accurate upfront. Value for money is good, especially during a sale.

Yeah, they definitely offer a warranty on their electronics. I remember seeing that in their FAQs when I bought my PowerCube. Usually a year or two, I think.

I'm torn between the Heng Balance Lamp and the Ellipse Magnetic Lamp. Anyone have experience with both and can recommend one over the other?

The Heng lamp is cool, but the Ellipse has a bit more of that 'wow' factor for guests, I think. Both are pretty unique though.

I have the Heng and love it, super minimalist. The Ellipse is a bit more dramatic. Depends on your vibe, really. Can't go wrong with either in terms of quality.

Yeah, it's usually one coupon per order. Free shipping sometimes gets automatically applied though if your order is big enough, so that's a plus.

Nah, I wouldn't risk it with a hair dryer. They're more for regular electronics, like laptops or lamps. Read the specs, but high-power stuff is usually a no-go for most power strips.
